# WAN 3.0 Prime prompts that actually ran

Every prompt below was generated with WAN 3.0 Prime in Made, and the output next to it is what came back — not a curated stock image. Copy a prompt as a starting point, then use the guide underneath to adapt it.

## WAN 3.0 Prime prompts and their outputs

These examples use media produced for Made. Prompts are included when the production record allows them.

### Motion study with audio

“An aerial shot follows a car along a coastal cliff road at golden hour, waves rolling in below, engine hum and wind.”

### Image-to-video at 30 fps

“The bow draws across the strings, the spotlight flickering warm, a slow dolly toward the stage with resonant hall tone.”

### Creative scene

“Autumn leaves swirl across a misty temple courtyard in morning light as the camera glides low over the stone.”

### Scene brief

“Set the scene as a still before describing motion and sound.”

### Composition brief

“Establish framing and light, then hand the motion to the model.”

## How to write a WAN 3.0 Prime prompt

1. **Brief the scene and sound**
Describe the subject, camera movement, pacing, and the ambient audio the clip should carry.
2. **Anchor with a start image**
Add a still for 30 fps image-to-video; adaptive aspect ratio follows the source automatically.
3. **Set the duration**
Pick a duration from 2 to 30 seconds and 480p, 720p, or 1080p; Made starts at 480p, the cheapest.
4. **Review the take**
Check motion, audio sync, and edges before downloading or refining the prompt.

## What WAN 3.0 Prime responds well to

### Prompt for these jobs

- Fast turnaround when someone is waiting on the clip
- Clips with synchronized audio, from quick cuts to 30 seconds
- 30 fps image-to-video with optional end-frame control
- Adaptive aspect ratio that follows the source image

### Check the output for

- Prime costs about 40% more per second than standard WAN 3.0 for the same inputs; when nobody is waiting on the clip, standard is the better buy.
- The speed gap narrows at 1080p: 109 seconds against 143 for a 5-second clip in our test.
- Prompt expansion is enabled by default and can embellish terse prompts; write explicit motion language for exact control.

Iteration is cheap here: WAN 3.0 Prime costs from 6.8 credits / second, so rewriting a prompt and rerunning it is a normal part of the workflow, not a budget decision. See the [full WAN 3.0 Prime pricing breakdown](https://www.made.app/price-sheet/wan-3-0-prime).

## WAN 3.0 Prime prompts FAQ

Need a specific answer? [Contact support](mailto:support@made.app)

### What is WAN 3.0 Prime?

It is the faster version of Alibaba’s WAN 3.0 video model, with synchronized audio, up to 1080p output, and clips from 2 to 30 seconds.

### How does Prime differ from standard WAN 3.0?

Speed and price. Prime costs about 40% more per second, and in our test it finished 5-second clips 1.7x faster at 720p and 1.3x faster at 1080p. The inputs are the same, and Alibaba does not sell it as a higher quality tier.

### Does it generate audio?

Yes. Audio is generated with the video and is on by default in Made’s configuration.

### How long can clips be?

From 2 up to 30 seconds in the current configuration; cost scales with duration.

### Can it match my source image’s shape?

Yes. The adaptive aspect ratio option follows the start image; fixed ratios from 16:9 to 9:16 are also available.

### When should I use WAN 2.2 Turbo instead?

Use WAN 2.2 Turbo for fast, low-cost 5-second iteration, and step up to WAN 3.0 or 3.0 Prime for audio and longer takes.
