What stays yours

Only the clothes
change.

Real quick-change videos take a dozen outfits and a dozen takes. Quick Change takes one: every frame keeps what you filmed and gets new clothes.

  • Your face, pixel for pixel

Ideogram hands back everything it doesn’t change untouched, so your face, hair and skin are the frames you filmed.

  • Your room stays still

Only the clothes are redrawn. The walls, the light and the floor don’t flicker between looks.

  • Your moves, every frame

Every frame of the part that changes is dressed on its own, so a turn or a hair flip stays smooth while the outfit flips.

  • Your shoes and your sound

Your shoes stay on, like the one-pair-four-looks videos, and your clip’s own sound plays under it.

Still have questions?

What does Quick Change do?

You film yourself once in one outfit. Quick Change re-dresses you in up to twelve other looks, frame by frame, and flips between them several times a second, so it looks like you’re changing clothes faster than the camera can blink. You get one MP4 with your clip’s sound.

How much does it cost?

Each look is tried on you first for 3 credits, then every frame that changes is 1 credit. Five seconds of changes at ten a second, with three looks and your own outfit in the mix, is about 122 credits. The price is on the button before you start, and frames that don’t come back are refunded.

What should I film?

Yourself, head to toe, with the phone propped up so the camera doesn’t move. Stand in one place and move naturally: turn, put a hand on your hip, flip your hair. Anything from 1.5 to 60 seconds works, and you choose the part that changes, up to 10 seconds of it.

Does it keep my face?

Yes. Ideogram V4.5 returns every pixel it doesn’t change exactly as it was, so your face, hair, room and shoes are the frames you filmed. Only the clothes are new.

Can I wear my own clothes, or a brand’s?

Yes. Add a photo of the clothes, a product shot, a flat lay or someone wearing them, and Quick Change dresses you in them. You can also describe a look in your own words, or pick from twelve ready-made ones.

How fast can it change?

Up to fifteen changes a second (Blink), ten (Flash, the trend’s pace), six (Snap) or three (Beat). Your own outfit can stay in the cycle or sit out.

How long does it take?

About a minute for five seconds of changes. Your looks are tried on first, so you see yourself in each one within seconds; then the frames are dressed sixteen at a time and the video is put together in your browser. Keep the tab open while it works.

Which model does this?

Ideogram V4.5 Edit, Ideogram’s newest model (on fal since September 30, 2026). Its edits keep every pixel they don’t touch, which is what keeps your face and room steady while the clothes flip.

Change faster than the camera.
