Recast · new in Made
Film yourself.Become anyone.
Record a clip on your phone. Made recasts you as a supermodel, your grandpa, or nine months pregnant. Same moves, same timing, same sound.
3–30 second clip · preview 7 credits · 84 credits per 5-second recast

The clip in the middle is the original. Every other dancer is a recast of it, made with this tool.

Example · one 8-second clip, recast for 135 credits. Same moves, same room, same sound.
Pick who you become
Who do you want to be?
Six looks to start, or describe anyone in your own words. Each one started from the original clip in its corner.
Everything but you stays
Your performance.
Someone else’s body.
Most face swaps paste a face on and hope. Recast rebuilds the whole person, then plays your performance through them, beat for beat.
Your moves
Every step, spin and gesture lands on the same beat. It follows your clip, not a template.
Your face
Raised eyebrows, the laugh, the talking. Expressions carry over to the new person.
Your place
Same room, same light, same framing. Only the person in it changes.
Your sound
Your original audio plays under the new you. Or switch it off for a silent clip.

Ideas
What people make with it.
Recast works on anything you can film. A few places to start.
Do the trend as Grandpa
Film the dance once. Post it as an 85-year-old who nails it.
Tell the story as someone else
Same words, same timing, a completely different storyteller.
Play every part in your skit
Record each role yourself, then recast each take as its own character.
See the look on someone new
One performance, a whole cast. Try a style before you shoot it for real.

Recast yourself.
Not somebody else.
You’re responsible for who’s in it
Recast yourself, or adults who agreed to it. Never a celebrity, a politician or anyone who didn’t say yes. Presets create someone new; for photos you add, we don’t check who someone is.
Adults only
We check every clip and photo before it runs, and turn away anyone who looks under 18.
Nothing sexual
Nudity is turned away before anything runs, and the models’ own safety checks run too.
Still have questions?
How does Recast work?
Made takes the first frame of your clip and turns you into the person you picked, in the same pose and the same place. You check that still. Then Kling 3 Motion Control animates the new person with your exact performance, frame by frame.
What should I film?
Anything with you in view: a dance, a walk, a story, a workout. Keep the phone steady and stay in frame. Start the clip with you close enough to see from the waist up, because the first frame is where the new you is made. 3 to 30 seconds, MP4 or MOV, up to 64 MB.
How much does it cost?
The preview still is 7 credits. The recast is 16.8 credits a second of your clip: 84 credits for 5 seconds, 168 credits for 10. Unused credits roll over, and failed generations are refunded.
How long does it take?
The still takes about a minute. The recast usually takes 4 to 8 minutes. You can leave the page; your results wait under Your recasts.
Does it keep my voice?
Yes. Your original sound plays under the new person, so a story keeps its words and a dance keeps its song. Switch off Keep my sound for a silent clip.
Can I use my own character?
Yes. Pick Use a photo and add a clear photo of one adult with their face and body in view. Only use photos of yourself or of adults who agreed, and never a public figure. Who you upload is your responsibility.
Can I post my recasts?
Yes, they are yours to post. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask you to label AI-generated content, so switch that label on when you share.
Are the examples real?
Every recast on this page is a real output of Recast, made with the same prompts the tool sends. The original clips were generated with Seedance 2.5, so we could show examples without filming real people.
Is this a deepfake?
The presets make a new person who doesn’t exist, doing what you did. If you use a photo instead, it must be you or an adult who agreed, never a public figure, and that’s your responsibility: we check every clip and photo for anyone who looks under 18 and for nudity, but not for who someone is. Our terms forbid impersonating real people.
Your next take is someone else.
