Your camera and frame range become a 24 fps previs. Seedance follows its camera move, framing and timing, and films the shot in the look you pick.

  • Generate

Images from any Made image model: character sheets, props, backgrounds. Put one on an object as its texture, or stand it up as a reference plane.

  • Jobs

Your recent films and images, from Blender or anywhere else on Made. Import any of them with one click.

  • AI assistant

Previs in, film out

Flat shapes become the shot

Seedance keeps the camera move, framing and timing of your blockout. Your words decide what everything becomes. Drag the first one to compare.

Coastal road, filmed from BlenderA cube, a plane and a moving camera, 4 s. The cube is a red vintage sports car, the plane a coastal road at golden hour. Seedance 2.0 Mini, 480p.
Desert chaseA vintage orange muscle car races down an empty two-lane desert highway at golden hour, red rock mesas and saguaro cactus behind. The camera tracks alongside the car at door height, then slowly drifts ahead of it.
MoonwalkAn astronaut in a white suit walks toward the camera across a grey lunar plain, a small rover parked behind them and Earth hanging in the black sky. Low camera, slow push-in.

The first shot was filmed from Blender with this add-on. The other two are Made Scene Studio blockouts, filmed with the same models and prompt.

AI apps

Let your AI assistant drive Blender

Claude on the web or your phone, ChatGPT, Claude Desktop or Cursor can block out the set, animate the camera, render the previs, quote the film and, with your say-so, film it.

Add Made as a custom connector in your AI app (in Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector), then turn on “Let connected AI apps control Blender” in the Made tab:

Claude, ChatGPT
https://mcp.made.app/mcp

Nothing to install in your AI app. The connector signs in with your Made account. Your API key stays in Blender, and the connection turns off after an hour without requests.

Block out a red vintage car driving down a coastal road at sunset, camera tracking alongside. 8 seconds. Then film it.

Python (off by default)

  • Off until you turn it on in the Made tab, and off again after an hour without requests.
  • Connected apps reach Blender only through your own Made account. The local bridge listens only on your computer, with a random token.
  • Spending and running Python are separate switches, both off by default, and Blender asks before each Python run from a connected app.
  • Every paid call is capped by a limit you set, and so is the total until Blender restarts.
  • Your API key stays in Blender. The assistant never sees it.

Still have questions?

What does it cost?

The add-on is free. Films and images are paid in credits, and the Film button shows the exact price before you press it.

Which models film the shot?

Seedance 2.5 at 480p, 720p or 1080p for the best look and motion, or Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p or 720p for fast, low-cost drafts. Both follow the previs’s camera move, framing, timing and blocking.

How long can a shot be?

From 4 to 15 seconds. The add-on uses your scene’s frame range and frame rate, rounds to whole seconds, and tells you when it rounds or clamps. Scenes at 25, 30 or 60 fps keep their timing.

What should my blockout look like?

Simple shapes are enough. The previs is flat-shaded and every shape is a stand-in, so give stand-ins distinct colors and type what each one becomes in the film under In the film. Your prompt describes the finished shot.

Can I use reference images?

Yes, up to nine: characters, products, places or a style, from files or images already in Blender. Seedance refuses photos of real people; stylized or animated characters are fine.

Where do the films go?

Into a Made Films scene in Blender’s Video Sequencer, one after another, and a made folder next to your .blend. One click shows a film behind your camera so you can compare it with the blockout.

Is letting an AI assistant in safe?

Both ways in are off until you turn them on in the Made tab. Connected apps reach Blender only through your own Made account, and that connection turns itself off after an hour without requests. The local bridge only listens on your own computer, with a random token. Spending and running Python are separate switches, both off by default. Blender shows each Python run from a connected app and waits for you to allow it. Each paid call is capped by a limit you set, and so is the total until Blender restarts. Your API key never leaves Blender.

Which AI assistants work?

Any app with the Made connector, including Claude on the web, desktop or phone and ChatGPT: add https://mcp.made.app/mcp as a custom connector, then turn on “Let connected AI apps control Blender” in the Made tab. Desktop MCP apps such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor can also use the local bridge; the Made tab shows the exact setup for each, with your paths filled in.

Can my AI app add music and sound effects?

Yes. Through the Made connector it can make music, sound effects or a voiceover with Made and bring them into the Made Films edit as sound strips, at the frame you choose, next to your films.

Does it work in Blender 5?

Yes. It is a standard Blender extension for Blender 4.2 and newer, including 5.x, with nothing else to install.

How do I get updates?

Add Made as an extension repository once: in Blender, Edit, Preferences, Get Extensions, Repositories, then Add Remote Repository, and paste https://www.made.app/downloads/index.json. Blender installs the add-on from there and shows new versions as updates (Allow Online Access must be on).
